MD State BBQ Bash
Activities Application

The MD State BBQ Bash will take place Oct. 10, 2025 from 4 – 10 p.m. and Oct. 11, 2025 from 12 – 10 p.m. This is a rain or shine event.

All applicants must submit payment with their application (if applicable). The committee will not review your application unless it is complete with payment.  In the event of your application not being accepted, your application fee will be refunded.

  • Only space is provided. All accepted businesses/vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, display materials, etc.
  • Electricity is available – contact belairmainstreet@gmail.com with further inquiries about electricity at the event.
  • WiFi is not available.
  • Set-up time will be communicated in a later email as we get closer to the event date.
  • These spaces are reserved for vendors providing an activity for the public – for marketing opportunities, please contact Executive Director Jenny Erhard at jenny@downtownbelair.com.

Setup is Friday with all booths complete by 1 p.m. All activities must be open the entire time the Bash is open: 4 – 10 p.m. Friday and 12 – 10 p.m. Saturday. No vehicles are allowed back in the area after setup.

Requirements

  1. Activities that are free to the public results in a space that is free for the applicant.
  2. Activities that require the public to pay results in a space that is $500.00. This fee covers both days of the event, and we will work with you for your space requirements (please indicate this in the below application).
  3. Submission of this application constitutes an agreement with all conditions of this event and includes permission to use submitted images for publicity purposes.
  4. Activities MUST be immersive in nature – a prize wheel and merch giveaway is NOT an activity! We are looking for experiences – axe throwing, obstacle courses, climbing walls, art-related activities (wax hands, sand art, DIY, etc., NOT coloring pages/etc.), etc.
