The Bel Air Community Yard Sale and Flea Market is a community-oriented event series. Get ready for some serious shopping; we’ll also have food trucks! We will update our list of affiliated yard sales in Bel Air as new ones become available. Check out downtown’s businesses as well – some will be holding sidewalk and other sales in the spirit of the event! The Flea Market will take place in the Mary Risteau Parking Lot, where you’ll find antiques, housewares, clothing, and more!
Come visit the “Heart of Harford” on the First Friday* of the month for Harford County’s best block party! Enjoy local live music, food trucks, artisan vendors, a beer and wine garden, activities for kids, and more! And while you’re here, be sure to shop at one of our many boutiques, explore the Bel Air Public Art Walk, or take a walk on the Ma & Pa Trail. First Friday ends at 8 p.m., but the fun doesn’t stop there; keep the party going at one of our pubs, restaurants or breweries.
Held May through October, The Belle Aire Market is a seasonal open-air market featuring finely crafted artisan items and antiques. With the original spelling of our dear town, The Belle Aire Market will evoke feelings of a Parisian bazaar right here in Downtown Bel Air. Some of the treasures you will find will include antique and vintage housewares, furniture, industrial materials, linens, clothing, jewelry, and home décor; handmade artwork, jewelry, clothing, outerwear, stationary, bath products, decorations, candles, lawn art, baby clothes; and much more.
The Bel Air Downtown Alliance’s Summer Movies Nights are a great time and place to bring the whole family for a fun movie night at Shamrock Park with spare time to visit a restaurant and our stores in Downtown Bel Air! Our movies are free and family-friendly!

Named as one of Harford County’s best events, the MD State BBQ Bash is a barbecue themed street festival featuring the Championship Competition and the Tailgate Challenge. For more than 20 years, the MD State BBQ Bash has grown to be one of the largest, most fun, and most anticipated events of the year in Downtown Bel Air. Great food, great music, great people, and the competitions have combined to create a tradition that we hope you will want to be a part of this year and in the years ahead.
Put on your costumes and head to Downtown Bel Air to enjoy Trick-or-Treating. Our local businesses will be open and ready to greet you! Participating businesses will be identified with a Trick-or-Treat poster outside their store front. Trick-or-Treaters are free to start anywhere they would like on the route. This is a free event for families, however all children should be accompanied by an adult. We encourage all of our visitors to shop, dine and explore all Downtown Bel Air has to offer! Please note that there is increased foot traffic during this time in Downtown Bel Air, especially families with young children. Drivers, please be mindful of pedestrian right-of-ways; and pedestrians, please be mindful of your surroundings, and use crosswalks when possible.

The Belle Aire Holiday Market is an open-air, holiday-themed artisan market!
