Application & Fees
Your application, photos and vendor fee can be filled out and submitted electronically via the online form below. Accepted food truck fees are non-refundable. Food trucks that are not accepted will be sent an email notifying them as such. Only one food truck will be allowed per vendor space. You will be asked to submit your health department license and certificate of insurance upon your acceptance. Notice of location and set up instructions will be emailed Wednesday before the event. You will be directed to payment options immediately after clicking submit. You must submit payment with your application to be considered. Applications without payment will not be reviewed.
The submission of the application does not result in automatic granting of participation in the Bel Air Community Yard Sale and Flea Market. The deadline to submit your application is the Monday before your selected date by 4 p.m.
Bad Weather Conditions
The Bel Air Community Yard Sale and Flea Market is a rain or shine event. In the case of severe/life-threatening weather, the call will be made 24 hours prior to the event. In that case, we will post a message to this website and our social media. If the event is cancelled for any reason by the Bel Air Downtown Alliance, food truck application fees will be refunded.
Arrival & Setup
Food trucks should arrive at 9 a.m. and should be ready to begin serving by 10 a.m. It is important that food trucks arrive on time to ensure a smooth set up for everyone.
