Please Note: This is a Flea Market, not a traditional “artisan” market. People will be looking for things such as antiques, furniture, etc. at discounted, flea market prices. 2026 Dates: April 12 (applications closed), June 28, and August 30
Time: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. | *Rain or shine*

Vendor Space:

Accepted vendors will be allotted a space (2 parking space ~18×18 or 3 parking spaces ~18×27). Vendors are responsible for providing their own table(s), chairs, backdrop, etc. Tents are welcome, and tent weights are also required for safety purposes.

Electric and WiFi are not provided.

Single space (2 parking spots, approx. 18×18): $50
Double space (3 parking spots, approx. 18×27): $70

**NEW FOR 2026** We will be assigning spaces at this event for vendors that apply and pay for MULTIPLE DATES AT ONCE. As an assigned space vendor, you are expected to set up in your assigned space and for your items to fit in your space. While you may request a space, we cannot guarantee that we can honor that request. All vendors that apply and pay for each date separately will be in the general admissions section of the event.
Please note: At this time, we are at capacity for assigned spaces for 2026 markets. All new registrants (or returning vendors who paid separately for each date) will be placed in the General Admission area of the event.

Application & Fees
Your application, photos, and vendor fee can be filled out and submitted electronically via the online form below. Accepted vendor’s fees are non-refundable. Vendors who are not accepted will be sent an email notifying them as such. Only one person’s business will be allowed per vendor space. Notice of location and set up instructions will be emailed Wednesday before the event.
You will be directed to payment options immediately after clicking submit. Applications without payment will not be reviewed. In the event of your application not being accepted, your application fee will be refunded. Cancellation notices must be received no later than 7 days prior to the Market or you may not be invited back. There will be NO REFUNDS.
The submission of the application does not result in automatic granting of participation in the Bel Air Community Yard Sale and Flea Market. Set-up instructions will be sent to all accepted vendors the Wednesday prior to the event.

Bad Weather Conditions
The Bel Air Community Yard Sale and Flea Market is a rain or shine event. The only circumstances which will lead to cancellation are those that are severe and/or life threatening weather conditions that may jeopardize our vendors and patrons; a decision to cancel will be made 24 hours in advance. In that case, we will post a message to this website and our social media.

Arrival & Setup
Vendors with large items (i.e. furniture, etc.) should arrive between 6 and 6:30 a.m.; vendors with smaller items should arrive between 6:30 and 7 a.m. The Bel Air Community Yard Sale and Flea Market area will be closed to all incoming vehicle traffic promptly at 8:30 a.mDo not set up your space until you move your vehicle (you may leave your vehicle in your space as long as everything fits into your allotted space). It is important that vendors arrive on time to ensure a smooth set-up for everyone. Vendors are required to stay for the entire market.

Please Note
At this time, the Bel Air Community Yard Sale and Flea Market is not open to Direct Sales Marketers.

Vendors interested in the Flea Market must be selling physical products.

Product Guidelines
Vendors are PROHIBITED from bringing the following items, whether for personal use at the market OR for sale:

  • Long knives over 6 inches
  • Swords
  • Machetes
  • Guns of ANY kind (including but not limited to BB, Air Soft, Pellet, etc.)
  • Hand-held weapons (including but not limited to brass knuckles, nun chucks, maces, etc.)
  • Illegal or controlled substances (including but not limited to alcohol, prescription drugs, recreational drugs, etc.)
  • Items that may be considered offensive to minority groups (memorabilia, etc.)
