The MD State BBQ Bash will take place Oct. 9, 2026 from 4 – 10 p.m. and Oct. 10, 2026 from 12 – 10 p.m. This is a rain or shine event.

10×30 ft: $2000
20×30 ft: $3000
40×30 ft: $4500
All applicants must submit payment with their application. The committee will not review your application unless it is complete with payment. In the event of your application not being accepted, your application fee will be refunded.
- Only space is provided. All accepted businesses/vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and display materials.
- All Food Vendors must also submit an updated COI, W9, and necessary permits (Health Department, etc.) prior to arriving on site at the event. You can submit multiple files with your application or send them electronically to belairmainstreet@gmail.com. A blank W9 form can be found linked on this page.
Check-in begins Thursday from 6 – 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 – 11 a.m. Setup is Friday in the morning, and Health Department inspections begin at 10 a.m. All setup must be completed by 12 p.m. Friday, and all vehicles must be removed.
Requirements
To serve any barbecue products we require the vendor to also compete in the State Championship KCBS contest in all 4 categories and we expect them to be competitive in the contest.
All vendors must be open for the duration of the event both days.
You must submit payment with your application to be considered. No refunds except in the event of your application not being accepted; your application fee will be refunded in that case.
