Summer Movie Nights Activities Applications can be found below this column. Please note that activities must be youth/child-related and be primarily physical in nature (tumbling mats, large building blocks, obstacle course, etc.). Activities are free to the public, so you will not be charging a fee to the attendees of the event. Activities can apply for multiple months. Below is a list of our Summer Movie Nights dates. Payment is required with application in order for our committee to review your submission and hold your space! Refunds will not be issued unless the Bel Air Downtown Alliance cancels the event, or your application is denied by the committee.

Single Event/Single Space: $40 for a single space (we will work with you to get you properly situated in Shamrock Park)

You will receive further set up instructions, including arrival times and locations, closer to the date you have chosen. The last time to submit an application is the Monday (4 p.m.) before the Summer Movie Night in which you wish to participate.

Physical Activity

By checking this box, I certify that my activity is physical in nature and youth-oriented. Activities that do not match our criteria will result in my being asked to leave, and I will not be invited back to your events.

Space Assignment

I understand that one space is available for purchase at $40 per Summer Movie Night (you will be redirected to payment after you submit this form) and that the staff will work with me to accommodate my activity within reason. I also understand that my set up must fit in the dimensions I provided and I am responsible for providing all materials (tables, tents, chairs, etc.).

Additional Comments

Acceptance

I have read the rules & regulations for the Summer Movie Nights event and agree to abide by the established rules. I understand that if I do not abide by the rules & regulations, I will be asked to leave the event.

Release of Liability

I hereby release the Bel Air Downtown Alliance, host of Summer Movie Nights, its employees and owners of the space provided from all responsibility in the event of a personal injury, or loss, damage or theft of merchandise.
