Grab your ghoul-friends and join us for a spook-tacular evening of shopping in Downtown Bel Air, MD! 

Your favorite boutiques are open late and offering their own concoction of fun. Let’s make it a magical night!

Parking in Downtown Bel Air can be found on the street, in municipal lots, and in the Bel Air Parking Garage on Hickory Ave. Parking is free on the weekends and after 5 p.m. on weekdays! Visitors can use the ParkMobile app for visits during weekdays before 5 p.m.
